What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping for all orders more than 1000/- INR is free

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@pastelshades.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.
  • Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days.
  • Cash on delivery is not available below 1000/- INR

Cancellation by Pastelshades:-

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pastelshades and accept Pastelshades’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Dispatches:-

  • Delivery takes 6-8 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Item is mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier company and tracking number, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of order along with its location.

Mailing hours:-

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday – Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

International

Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order

Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is 0316511935)
Our delivery partner is DHL.

From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers.

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Refund Policy

What is the Exchange policy on Pastelshades?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Pastelshades pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or equal amount of the product (provided the afore mentioned terms and conditions are met). We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is eligible for exchange, write to us at info@pastelshades.in strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange.

Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Pastelshades will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

  • Items once sold are not taken back. Only exchange of products can happen

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by pastelshades.in will be treated as not returned.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to pastelshades.in on the following address B-102, 103, First Floor, Arcadia Market South City 2, Sector 49 Gurgaon, Haryana – 122018

  • Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.
  • Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order ID on the parcel

In case exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 20 days from the date of receipt of store credit.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. There are some items that are Made to order and sale products which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.

Can I cancel my order?

We collect non-personal information from you, including your browser type, the URL of the previous web site you visited, your ISP, operating system, etc. This information is anonymous and is collected by almost all sites that you visit. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at info@pastelshades.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at info@pastelshades.in with your order number.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pastelshades and accept Pastelshades decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 20 days on the Pastelshades website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

No Refund, Return & Exchange For The Sale Store

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
(Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
