Shipping Policy
Orders can be delayed due to current lockdown and COVID Situation. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.
The standard ground mail service is shipped via Delhivery/BlueDart/Aramex/FedEx/IndiaPost and Xpressbee. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal BAU days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays, or any public Holiday. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
Refund Policy
It's refunded only when product is broken or something and is reported back within 24hrs of delivery.
Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY
- Raise a return/replacement request within 24Hrs from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Our Team will take 2 – 4 working days to review your return request.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. Wuba will reimburse the courier charges.
- After the product is received, our team will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
