Terms and Conditions
1) There may be color variation in the actual product as compared to the picture. There are no returns for color variation.
2) We take back the product in case of defects only. Please inform us within 2 days of delivery. The product not meeting the client's expectations is not a criterion for returning the product. The courier charges for the return would be not borne by Vastrini
3) Clients may block a piece of their choice. We would hold the blocking for 24 hours. On receipt of the payment, the same would be dispatched. In case of non-receipt of payment, we would release the blocking.
4) We accept only cheque or online transfers into our account. We do not accept cash deposits, credit card, or debit card payments. As of now, we do not have a COD facility.
5) The delivery of the product would take 7 to 21 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
6) Vastrini cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
Refund Policy
We are not the manufacturers of the catalogs that we sell and have various manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers that provide us the stock. Since we do not get the stock in hand, it is not possible for us to check the pieces.
Though we deal with only the best of the dealers, at times manufacturing glitches might occur.
Manufacturing defects would include incomplete embroidery, torn/ altered pieces, insufficient /less fabric. In case of any such defects, we would exchange / refund if notified within 2 days of receiving the order.
