I am Archana, the Founder of Coco Oosh! (for kids) and Pali (for adults). I am an IIM alumnus and a Corporate Banker with 14+ years work-ex. As a mom of (boy-girl) twins , I clearly felt the need-gap in stylish yet functional designs in children’s clothing. My deep commitment to sustainability and social impact made me enter the Indian handloom space as an entrepreneur in 2019.
We launched Coco Oosh! in Dec 2019. ‘Oosh’ is an acronym for ‘out of school hours’ and ‘Coco’ stands for ‘cotton couture’. We combine traditional weaving techniques with modern dressing, thereby popularizing Indian craftsmanship and passing on India’s rich textile legacy to the next generation. All our creations are designed for comfort, with emphasis on natural fabrics and organic dyeing.
Pali is its counterpart for adults, making work wear and casual wear for women and Ethnic cotton shirts and kurtas for men. The products are sold on our own website www.ooshclothing.com, as well as on other e-commerce platforms.
