This series from our collection is a royal and exclusive range. The fabric in pure chiffon georgette silk is super soft, feather light and very comfortable to wear and has a lovely fall too. The weaving is done in pure zari by our artisans from Varanasi and each masterpiece takes around 10 days for weaving. This sarees are made by hand and love! Hence the result is a masterpiece and treasure to possess for life!

Shipping Policy
- Shipping is free in India on our website www.kalindisarees.com and on orders via ShopVille GurgaonMoms.
- For International shipping, it will be calculated on actuals.
- After the product is shipped, it will take 4 to 7 working days to reach your location depending upon the region in India. It can be longer in cases where delivery location is an interior town.
- International shipping may take time from 7 to 15 days after dispatch, can be earlier too.
Please Note- We ship our products through best courier partners and after dispatch the time taken will not be in our control, and can vary as per the conditions like holidays etc.
Once the product is shipped the track slip will be provided via Email to the customer.
Do not accept if the packet is not sealed or open , and inform us via email to care@kalindisarees.com to enable us to take further action. Our team will guide you further in such scenario.
Refund Policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Request will be accepted only under below Two conditions :
- Product received by customer has a manufacturing defect, in such case customer needs to
send us a video of the defect. We shall arrange a pick up from the given address. Once we receive the product, we shall inspect the product for the defect. If found correct, and we do not have another piece in the same product then complete amount shall be refunded back to the source account. Defected returns will be processed even if the products was on sale/discount/offer/voucher code/coupon code availed.
If we have another piece in the same product, a new piece will be sent to the customer.
We will also give option for Exchange option with a credit note to the customer incase another piece is not available in the same product. Customer can choose to take refund or go for an Exchange in such case.
2.If completely different product is received by the customer then return request can be raised and we will go through the case and will arrange to send the booked product again.Please note- marginal color variation may occur due to different screen resolution on devices used. So this would not be considered as a different product.
Incase the product is not available then the amount will be refunded back to the customer or customer can take a credit voucher and book another product on site.
Please Note- All return request should be sent to us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
A 24 hr policy is kept to avoid misuse of our products.
Once we receive the request, we shall arrange a pick up from your address.
Returned product should be sent in unused condition, with tags and properly packed. Default in any such case will result in cancelling your return request. Once the order is picked up, please retain the receipt for your records.

All refunds will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Yes, We provide exchange in below cases:
1.On Non-discounted products.
If a Discount Coupon Is Used or product is ON SALE then the product is not eligible for exchange
2.If completely different product is received by the customer then return request can be raised. Please note- marginal color variation may occur due to different screen resolution on devices used. So this would not be considered as a different product.
Please Note- Made To Order Sarees and Customisez products can not be exchanged or returned.No Returns and Exchange will be entertained for this category.

Once we receive the request, we shall pick up your product from the given address.
Product should reach us in same condition unused and with tags. Once we receive the product sn same condition Exchange is approved on mail, and a credit note will be sent to you then you can purchase anything from the site with the same amount or higher amount. Incase of any difference amount of the new purchase you can UPI the amount on the given number to you.
Please Note- Exchange request should be mailed to us within 24 hrs of receiving the product. This timeline has been kept to avoid misuse if any. If the request is sent post the set timeline, the Exchange request will not be acceptable.
